| We stayed at the Moon Palace Resort. This was an ALL inclusive resort, with everything we wanted at our disposal, and the staff made us feel like royalty. |
|
![]() The resort had 2 resort areas, each with 22 separate buildings. I took some shots of a few of the buildings, and the name stones. |

| Took some shots of the room. Every room in the resort had a jacuzzi tub in it, with a fully stocked fridge and liquor cabinet. |

![]() ![]() The TV was rather um, bland... there were very few shows in English, and the ones that WERE in English, had Spanish sub-titles! Yippee! |

|
![]() ![]() While Heather was watching her TV and listening to her music, I spent time lounging in the hamock and taking a bubble bath! THAT was great! |

| The pool was the bomb! There was a total of 16 acres of pool. Four seperate pools. One pool was for sports, they had water Volleyball and Basketball. They had 1 pool that was really long, I swam the entire pool and took me about a half hour to get from end to end. It wrapped around, it was like swimming little passageways that connected to bigger pools. There was a kid's pool/park. With water falls and sprinklers. Heather spent most of her time in the pool. The pools had jacuzzis off to the sides, and there were pool bars, you could swim up, order a drink, and keep going. |

| We went there right after the Hurricane, and the beach was roped off, but I still took lots of pictures, mostly of the damage. |

|
![]() The above pictures show some of the beach damage. |

These guys spent all day everyday driving up and down the beach hauling sand in and out. They were hauling out the icky sand and bringing in nicer sand, they were to be done by the time we left, BUT, they weren't. And they also liked that someone noticed enough to take their pictures, lol. |

| The landscaping that was within the resort was awesome. Fountains, trees, flowers, bushes, stone figures and bridges, along with pathways and ponds. I took lots of pictures of those. |

| You know there is wildlife no matter where you go. |
![]() I just thought it was totally awesome that Iguanas were just there, hanging out on the rocks at the pool. These 2 were in the same spot everyday. We fed them some bananas. I really wanted to bring one home, but didn't think I would get them through Customs, lol.
|
![]() Parrots are an endangered species, you can't take pictures of these birds without paying for them. But when you pay for them, you get to hold them. |
![]() ![]() These cats were everywhere down there. They wouldn't come to you, but you could get close. |
![]() ![]() ![]() And the lizards were everywhere too, there was one under my bed, freaked me out when I saw something run under, till I saw what it was. |
|
![]() Had to get this pic. This grasshopper was the biggest one I had EVER seen! |

| And last but not least, here are some pics of Mexico and the City! |
